1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and mrlucky ("Platform", "we", "us"). The mrlucky platform provides online casino, slots, live casino and sports betting services operating under international licensing.

This Agreement governs the use of the mrlucky.one website and all services, features, content and functions available on it. Continued use of the platform means you have read, understood and accepted all the terms stated here.

Each user is only permitted to own one (1) registered account with mrlucky. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all accounts involved along with the freezing of balances.

When registering, you agree to:

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

The mrlucky platform accepts a range of convenient payment methods for Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes from the time the request is approved.
• All transactions will be processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

• Second example: deposit RM2,200 → bonus RM1,500 → balance RM3,700 → wagering requirement RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000.

• Bronze Tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver Tier: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

mrlucky reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or modify any bonus without prior notice if there is evidence of misuse or attempts to exploit the promotion system.

6. Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the mrlucky platform — including online slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting and esports — must be played according to the specific rules set for each game category.

• The results of all games are final and binding unless a provable technical error has occurred.
• If a technical disruption occurs during a game, all affected bets will be returned to the user's account.
• The use of automation software, bots or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to manipulate game software or collude with other players to influence outcomes is a serious violation of these terms.
• Bets placed after the official market closure will not be accepted and will be automatically voided.

7. Prohibitions & Restrictions

mrlucky reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user suspected of violating the above prohibitions, and reserves the right to hold the balance in that account while an investigation is conducted. Any valid balance will be returned once the investigation is concluded in accordance with standard procedures.

8. Platform Liability Limits

mrlucky will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or connection failures beyond the platform's control.
• Losses in games that are a natural result of fair game mechanics.
• A user's failure to safeguard their login credentials and account security.
• Actions by third parties such as payment processor failures or disruptions at the bank level.
• A user's decision to continue playing beyond their own financial means.

While mrlucky works to keep the platform available and functioning properly, we do not guarantee that the service will be completely free from disruptions at all times.

9. Amendments to Terms
